Today I’m sharing my newest discovery!
Cream cheese pancakes have been a godsent since my daughter has simultaneously gone on a food strike and become obsessed with pancakes as of late. It’s an added bonus that I own a Mini Maker so I can easily make toddler size pancakes and waffles for her!
What I love about this healthy alternative is that it is super easy to make, low sugar, and high protein. They taste just like regular pancakes so we enjoy them with a little syrup or fresh fruits like strawberries or blueberries. I’m hoping to experiment more because they also seem to have the potential to make excellent crepes!
